We are looking for dedicated and highly motivated team players to join us to support our teams in delivering excellent social care. Our Business Support Officers play a critical role in supporting teams to meet the administrative demands and consider innovative solutions to meet the needs of the service. 

You will have the opportunity to;

  • Deliver efficient and smooth administrative processes to ensure the team can operate as effectively as possible

  • Develop and progress in your career through training and development opportunities in a variety of pathways 

You will have: 

  • NVQ level 3 in business administration or equivalent.  
  • Experience of working within administration, social care, health and/or contract management disciplines. 
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple processes at any one time 
  • A proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast paced and pressurised environment delivering speedy outcomes. 
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Previous experience within a local government environment, and knowledge of local government regulations and procedures.
