Family intervention workers play a key role in assessing the needs of children aged 0-19 and their families with complex and multiple needs. They deliver a package of interventions using the Team Around the Family process and are unique in the way they work towards sustained outcomes for families.

The vacancy is 18.50 hours per week and is located in the Chester District and will close on Sunday 22nd June 2025.
