Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Change team have vacancies for Project Manager / Business Analysts. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents – ensuring we can continue to innovate and deliver excellent services in an ever-changing modern world.

The Change Team are a well-respected and valued part of Corporate Services. Project Managers/ Business Analysts work with our Programme Managers and wider Programme Teams in the design and delivery of the Council’s high priority major change programmes – ensuring the work successfully delivers within the agreed parameters of quality, cost, and time.

All our major programmes have the aim of ensuring efficient, modern, fit for purpose public services at their heart.

The successful candidate will be able to work at all levels of the organisation to assess current performance and develop new, improved business processes for the Council, build strong, high performing project teams, and most of all, will have a passion for ensuring excellent public services and be motivated to deliver!

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that thrives on supporting the Council, and each other, to overcome complex challenges.

The role will be working primarily from home, but with the requirement to attend other office bases or locations on a regular basis (up to 3 days a week), in line with business needs.
