Research and Performance Officer
JOB PURPOSE: To support the delivery of strategic planning, commissioning and enabling for all aspects of Strategic Housing.
Devise, establish and operate management information systems to provide financial and performance monitoring control for the delivery of the service.

Research and Performance Officer – Permanent - Grade 7. Part-time 18.5 hours per week
An opportunity has arisen for a Research and Performance Officer to be employed on a permanent basis.
Working in the Housing Policy and Strategy Team, you will support the development, delivery and monitoring of housing related strategies, such as the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy, Housing Strategy as well as develop and deliver new projects that respond to an identified housing need. You will lead on the development and collection of performance management data for Housing Services.
You will possess sound analytical skills, have experience of monitoring statistics and interpreting data, have a good understanding of housing need; be fully computer literate with a working knowledge of appropriate computer applications.
