Team Leader, Street Lighting and Traffic Signals

As Team Leader for Street Lighting and Traffic Signals, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient services across Cheshire West and Chester. This role ensures the effective operation, maintenance, and development of street lighting and traffic signal infrastructure in alignment with Council policies, available resources, legislative requirements, and industry best practices. You will play a key role in service planning, performance management, and continuous improvement, contributing to the safety and wellbeing of residents and the wider community

We are looking for a Team leader for managing all street lighting and traffic signal works for Cheshire West and Chester Council. The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in a highways street lighting and traffic signals works managing an internal team and contractors, dealing with major schemes, minor reactive works and planned works.
